Returns

We want you to love your Ethereal kit. If you're not completely satisfied for any reason, return your products within 30 days for a full refund — even if you've opened or used them. No restocking fees, no questions asked.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@ethereal-makeup.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
