At Ethereal Makeup, we want your order to reach you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES

Free Standard Shipping: On all orders over $50 (U.S. only)
Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days — $8.00

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly through the carrier's website.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected delivery window, please contact us at info@ethereal-makeup.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
